Why Your Profile Matters?

Your charity profile is what donors see when they search the app. A strong, up-to-date profile builds trust, improves visibility, and makes it easier for supporters to engage with your mission. The more complete your profile, the more likely donors are to give.

Any verified charity with an active ABN is welcome to submit a profile update request. Whether you’re already on the platform or just getting started, this is a simple way to grow your reach—at no cost.

Charitabl. is free to use and commission free in its basic form with all charities given access to the Pro level of Charitabl. for free. The Pro level gives you access to donor management and reporting. We call it Pro as it requires you to register with a charity linked email to access the secure backend where data is stored. There are a host of paid features available but these are opt-in and no credit card or payment commitment is required to start your Pro level access. We built this platform to help charities take donations faster, safer and cheaper than ever before and to remove the fee structures often associated with third party platforms.

  • Yes. Charitabl. has made a choice to cover the bank fees of all donations that come through the app so we can help you increase the % of each dollar raised and reduce administrative costs.

    You will always keep 100% of what’s given on either the free version or Pro versions of our technology.

  • Yes. The Charitabl. app uses best-in-class security including multi-factor authentication, encrypted payments, and secure Stripe integration. Donors can give confidently and easily, knowing their personal information is protected.

    Our technology is built on Microsoft and utilises their security services as part of our deployment and systems.

  • Yes. The Charitabl. app is designed to connect donors with causes they care about—meaning your charity can be discovered by people actively looking to give. You’ll also be included in seasonal giving campaigns (Monthly Giving, Major Giving, New Donor Giving and Seasonal Giving) to boost visibility and reach.

  • Yes! We have a whole heap of new features planned as well as AI tools and as a Charitabl.Pro customer you get these updates free of charge. We are not trying to get you in then charge more, we’re hoping to use the collective power of many to make state of the art technology available to all.

  • It sure is, Charitabl. is Australian owned and operated and is based out of Sydney, NSW.

    Charitabl. is governed by a Board of Directors and register with the ACNC.

  • None at all. Once you subscribe, our team sets up your profile, activates your Stripe connection (we cover the fees), and ensures you’re ready to receive donations. You’ll also get a dashboard to track everything in real time—no coding or IT needed.

  • We sure do. If you’re a charity with under $1m in revenue you’re eligible for our KICKSTARTER discount where you get access to Charitabl.Pro for $999 per year. This represents a saving of $4,000 per year and we hope will help you scale and grow all you’re doing.
